Bob Rothenbuehler is an accomplished business management professional. Having grown up in Sioux Falls, South Dakota and graduated from Northwestern College, Iowa, he has held various management and executive positions with various companies and non-profits in the Mankato, Minnesota area.

Having success in the Financial Services industry, Bob has recently formed a team of local professionals as well as a national network of niche experts including Excel Empire to help business owners and high net worth individuals reduce taxes using legal, ethical and moral strategies. By taking a proactive and holistic approach to finding solutions for our clients’ biggest goals, we explore uncommon yet highly effective opportunities to reduce other expenses including employee turnover while mitigating risks to the business as well.

Bob truly enjoys and excels at providing creative problem solving, innovative approaches and efficient implementation of chosen techniques. This gives the client peace of mind through education, coaching and support as he pursues his goal of becoming his clients’ most trusted advisor. Over the years, he has been in leadership roles at Messiah Lutheran Church as well as other non-profits including the YMCA and Lutheran Campus Ministry Boards of Directors, Young Life, A Fresh Start, Meals on Wheels and helping with the local backpack program.

He is married to his college sweetheart, Cindy, who worked at Hickory Tech for over 20 years and finished her career at United Way. They have one daughter, Abby, son-in-law Tyler and our dancing granddaughter Elsie, the apple of our eye.

In his spare time, he enjoys playing pickup basketball, and most importantly, spending time with friends and family.
